Pros:

This will make your media experience much more personal and not have to look over your shoulder all the time when watching your content.

The lens is much lighter and sexier makes you feel like a cyborg kid!

The Glare is gone and clarity is on, the visual experience is much more enjoyable like this.

Cons:

You becoming oblivion to your surrounding and getting so engrossed in your media experience that you end up punching the guy/gal sitting next to you. (may be i should speak for my self)

This is only my postulation, but ‎iPhone TV could be a big thing for a big group of people.‎
