Looking for an Acai Berry Product? Check the Ingredients!

If you’re trying to decide which acai berry product is for you, you will be faced with many different choices. There are a ton of products out there that contain acai berry extract. Deciding on which one is best for you may be quite difficult, but one way to eliminate some of these choices is to check the ingredients list (and if you can’t find the ingredients, you may want to eliminate that product right off).

Those acai berry products that contain only acai berry extract are going to be more or less the same. Just check on the price and on how often you take the product, and use those two pieces of information to make your selection (especially cost—some products are more expensive but don’t do anything extra). For those products that contain other ingredients, see if they have any side effects. Some contain only other fruit extracts, and those should be fine. However, if they contain other things, such as green tea extract, you may experience side effects. Green tea extract, for example, contains caffeine, which may cause you to have jitters or be unable to sleep.
